Border inspection posts for live animals

You need to notify your arrival to the border inspection veterinarian at the place of import when bringing commercial animals from a country outside of the EU at least one working day in advance.

If you bring animals into the EU via another member state than Sweden, you need to notify the border inspection post in that country.
