Slaughterings of cattle decreased by 6.6 % in January 2011 compared with the same period in 2010 and slaughterings of pigs by 0.7 % during the same period. The quantity of milk delivered to dairies decreased by
0.8 % in January 2011 and production of drinking milk increased by 2.6 %
compared with January 2010. Production of cream increased by 4.4 % and
production of butter by 6.2 % during the same period. List of tables
