Summary Animal products - Annual and Monthly Statistics –

slaughterings of cattle in January–May 2011 Slaughterings
of cattle decreased by 2.6 % during January–May 2011 compared with the same
period in 2010 and slaughterings of pigs increased by 1.3 % during the
same period. The quantity of milk delivered to dairies
decreased by 0.7 % and production of drinking milk by 2.4 % during January–May
2011 compared with the same period in 2010. Production of butter decreased by 8.4
% and production of milk powder increased by 21.5 % during the same period. List of tables
