Summary Animal products - Annual and monthly statistics –
2014:01 If you

slaughterings of cattle in January 2014 Slaughterings of cattle increased by 7.1 %
in January 2014 compared with January 2013 and slaughterings of pigs by 0.2 %
during the same period. The quantity
of milk delivered to dairies increased by 2.4 % and production of drinking
milk decreased by 6.8 % in January 2014 compared with January 2013. Production
of butter decreased by 25 % and production of cream by 4.5 % during
the same period. Figure A shows delivered quantity of milk to dairies
month by month during the time period 2011–2014. Figure B and C illustrate monthly
slaughterings of cattle and pigs respectively during the same period of
