SummaryThe prices
for Maintenance and repair of plants have increased with 6,8 % between
September 2001 and September 2002. Input price index has increased with
1,1 % during the same period. Otherwise, the highest increase is for Machines
and other equipments. Fertilizers and soil improvers is the single post with
the highest decrease, 4,0 %. Output
price index has decreased with 4,1 % between September 2001 and September
2002. This can mainly be explained by the prices for cattle, pigs, cereals and
potatoes which have decreased compared with the same period last year. Price index
for the Food Industry, food from price regulated agricultural products (PPI-J),
and Consumer Price Index, food from price regulated agricultural products
(KPI-J), have increased with 3,9 % and 2,2 % during the same period.
The increase of KPI-J is 0,8 percent unit higher than the general development
of consumer prices, calculated with KPI (Consumer Price Index). Between
July 2001 and July 2002 the Swedish prices for means of production in average
have increased with 1,3 %. In Germany the prices for Means of production have
increased with 2,4 % in average, while the increase were 1,4 % in Finland. The
output prices during the same period have decreased with 5,5 % in Sweden, 2,4 %
