Summary
Input Price
Index has increased with 2,8 % between December 2002 and December 2003.
Energy and lubricants is the only single post which has decreased during the
period (-0,1 %), all other posts have increased. Fertilizers, soil improvers is the single post with the highest
increase (13,0 %) during the period. Output
Price Index has decreased with 1,5 % between December 2002 and December
2003. This can mainly be explained by the prices for oats, pigs and cattle
which have decreased. For the
year 2003 the Input Price Index has increased with 2,2 %, while the Output
Price Index has decreased with 1,1 %. Price index
for the Food Industry, food from price regulated agricultural products (PPI-J),
and Consumer Price Index, food from price regulated agricultural products
(KPI-J), have increased with 1,0 % and 1,6 % between December 2002
and December 2003. The increase of KPI-J is a little bit higher than the
general development of consumer prices, calculated with CPI (Consumer Price
