Summary
Price Indices and Prices in the Food Sector - Annual and Monthly Statistics

Input Price Index has increased by 6.8 % between February 2010 and
February 2011. Prices for Goods and services currently consumed in agriculture
have increased by 8.5 % while prices for Goods and services contributing to
agricultural investments have increased by 0.6 %. Prices for Fertilisers and
soil improvers have increased by 18.0 % and Animal feedingstuffs have increased
by 20.1 %. Output
Price Index has increased by 18.9 % between February 2010 and February
2011. The Index for Crop output have increased by 38.4 % and the index for
Animal output has increased by 6.9 %. Higher prices for Cereals is the
main reason for the increase for crops. Higher prices for Milk is the main
reason to the increase for Animal output.
"Price Index for
the Food Industry, food from price regulated agricultural products" (PPI-J)
increased by 5.8 % between February 2010 and February 2011. Crop products have increased by 9.3 % in average and
Animal products have increased by 4.2 %. "Consumer Price Index, food from
price regulated agricultural products" (CPI-J)
has increased by 2.3 % between February 2010 and February 2011. Total Consumer
Price Index (CPI) has increased by 2.5 % during the same period. List of tables
