Recommendations on group housing for male mice

The Swedish 3Rs Center has now published recommendations on group housing for male mice.

The Swedish National Committee decided years ago that this area – group housing for male mice – was a delicate issue that needed Swedish recommendations. The Swedish 3Rs Center was tasked to run a project together with external experts to provide recommendations to Swedish facilities when it comes to group housing for male mice.

Recommendations on housing

The recommendations are now published in a report. The report is published in Swedish, but will be translated into English next year.
