Summary Animal products - Annual and monthly statistics –
2014:11 If you

milk deliveries but reduced production of drinking milk January–November 2014 The quantity of milk delivered to dairies increased by
2.4 % while the production of drinking milk decreased by 6.7 % in
January-November 2014, compared to the same period of the year 2013. The
production of cream increased by 0.5 % and cheese production decreased by
2.3 % during the same period. Milk powder production was 21.1 % higher
than at the same time last year. Figure A shows the delivered quantity of milk to
dairies month by month during the time period 2011–2014. Figure B and C
illustrate monthly slaughterings of cattle and pigs respectively, but
they are not updated since the previous edition of Animal products. This is
because these statistics are not yet finished and cannot be published. Affected
values are have been replaced with two dots (..) in tables 3a and 3b. List of tables
